Two major questions
Q1) What to do ?
Q2) How to do?

EVERYONE wants to look good and want a perfect Body without any Exercises and Diet.

Due to this Busy and Advance Lifestyle everyone is busy in earning money and forget that 'HEALTH IS REAL WEALTH'.

Above We Have Rise Two questions

So now Let's us discuss one by one

Q1 What to do ?

=> It is not necessary that you can stay healthy only by Exercising and Dieting.
To stay a Healthy person you have to take a proper amount of food at the right time so that your body can absorbed it properly and provide all of the energy that you need to stay active throughout the day.

Some Tips for Maintaining Healthy Lifestyle

1) MEASURE and WATCH YOUR WEIGHT

Keeping track of your body weight on a daily or weekly basis will help you see what you're losing and / or what you're gaining.

2) Exercise Regularly and Be Physically Active

At this time, at home workouts may be a good idea. But you can also walk your Dog or run outside. Be sure you know what's going on in your area and if there are any restrictions or mandatory self- quarantines.

WATER

Drink water regularly to stay healthy, but there is NO evidence that drinking water frequently (For example- every 15 minutes) can help prevent any viral infection.

4) Limit Unhealthy Foods and Eat Healthy Meals

Do not forget to eat Breakfast and choose a nutrition meal with more protein and fiber and less fat, sugar, and calories.

5)Get Enough Good Sleep

There is a very strong connection between sleep quality and quantity and your immune system. You can keep your immune system functioning properly by getting seven to eight hours of sleep each night.

Q2) How to do ?

Most important think to discuss that how we can maintain our Healthy Lifestyle in Busy Life.
Everyone has there own Routine according to their Body and Timetable.
Every time we see different diet plan, exercises routine and many more, but we cannot follow accurately because everyone has different lifestyle.

Today, we will discuss some tips which all can use according to their choice

1) EATING THE RIGHT FOODS

=> YOUR FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY IS IMPORTANT ONE.
Eating breakfast regularly has been linked to a lower risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Starting your day with a healthy meal can help replenish your blood sugar, which your body needs to power your muscles and brain.

Choosing the right kind of breakfast is crucial. Too many people rely on simple carbohydrates to start their day. A plain white bagel or doughnut won’t keep you feeling full for long.
In comparison, a fiber- and protein-rich breakfast may fend off hunger pangs for longer and provide the energy you need to keep your exercise going.

Follow these tips for eating a healthy breakfast:

■Instead of eating sugar-laden cereals made from refined grains, try oatmeal, oat bran, or other whole-grain cereals that are high in fiber. Then, throw in some protein, such as milk, yogurt, or chopped nuts.

■If you’re making pancakes or waffles, replace some of the all-purpose flour with whole-grain options. Then, stir some cottage cheese into the batter.

■If you prefer toast, choose whole-grain bread. Then pair it with an egg, peanut butter, or another protein source.

2)Don't Skip your Meal

Many people believe skipping meals or
eating less often help us to lose weight.
Nothing could be further from the truth.

Let's read WHAT HAPPEN WHEN WE SKIP MEALS

■First, your blood sugar decreases, which causes interruption in your ability to think straight.
“The brain uses glucose to run efficiently and if there is not enough glucose for the brain to use, your body does not function at 100 percent.”

Low blood sugar causes people to feel irritable, confused and fatigued. The body begins to increase production of cortisol, leaving us stressed and hangry.

■Skipping meals can also cause your metabolism to slow down, which can cause weight gain or make it harder to lose weight.

“When you skip a meal or go a long time without eating, your body goes into survival mode,” says Robinson. “This causes your cells and body to crave food which causes you to eat a lot. We usually tend to crave unhealthy foods and all attempts at eating healthy go out the door. When you are that hungry, anything goes.”

Now Let's us discuss
Tips to avoid skipping meals

Let’s face it—the holiday season can be hectic. If you are extremely busy, try following these tips:

Eat smaller, frequent meals throughout the day rather than skipping meals.

Always have a snack around like yogurt or a granola bar to hold you over until your next meal.

■Eat snacks high in protein and fiber. They will keep you full longer.

■Plan your meals in advance or prepare them the night before.

■Set an alarm to ring at lunchtime if you are going to be running around all day.

Make a lunch date. You cannot skip a meal if you have already made plans with friends or family

I HOPE THIS BLOG WILL HELP YOU!

HAVE A NICE DAY :)
