BEETROOT JUICE 



It is rich in nutrients like iron, folate, and vitamin C, which can promote healthy hair growth and prevent hair loss. Beetroot juice contain active ingredients that restore natural shine and color of your hair. You can drink 1 glass of beetroot juice daily or alternative days and also you can massage your scalp once or twice a week for better result.

SWEET POTATOES



It is a great source of beta-carotene. The body convert this compound into vitamin A, which is linked to hair growth. A medium sweet potato 114 grams provide 160% of your daily vitamin A.
however, too much vitamin A can cause hair fall as well so be careful and take it in limited amount.

ALMOND

1) WASH YOUR HAIR WHEN NECESSARY

Many people think that it's good to wash hair daily, but most hair types only need a wash every other day or a few times a week. Depending on your hair type, wash it when it's dirty, not just out of habit.

Wash your hair according to your hair type

  • IF YOU HAVE DRY HAIR => wash it every third day
  • IF YOUR HAIR IS OILY => try washing it every other day; if it look really oily after just one day, wash it every day
  • IF YOU HAVE NORMAL HAIR => wash it every other day or every 3 days
2) USE MILD SHAMPOO

Mild shampoo does not contain harsh chemicals and is very gentle on the scalp and hair. It contain conditioning agents which are not present in regular or creamy shampoo. These shampoos also contain natural ingredients which provide essential nutrients to promote hair growth. A mild shampoo can be a great choice if you have dandruff, dry hair and also you're experiencing hair loss.

3) USE LUKEWARM WATER TO WASH YOUR HAIR

Never wash your hair with hot water. Hot water can strip your hair of protective oils that serves as a natural conditioner. So, lock in that shine by washing your hair with lukewarm water.
